The Darlington Railway Heritage Quarter was digitally surveyed as part of the Stockton & Darlington Railway bicentenary regeneration, supporting the creation of Hopetown Darlington.

 

Three Sixty delivered a comprehensive geospatial and BIM-led dataset covering heritage buildings, landscape, utilities, and infrastructure across the site. The commission included LOD4 heritage building models, an LOD3 landscape model, utility and topographic surveys, and high-resolution orthophotography.

 

These coordinated digital outputs provided a robust foundation for design, construction, and long-term asset management, supporting the successful transformation of this nationally significant railway heritage site.
